Upholstery-/Soft Good Products Limited Warranty
1. One Year Limited Warranty on all products and its components, covers and finishes against original manufactures defects.
2. Two Year Limited Warranty on internal structural components, inclusive of frames and
suspension system, (coil springs, eight-way hand tie, sig-zag, or web seating).
3. Two Year Limited Warranty on metal components and electric components: mechanisms for recliners, sofa beds, ratchets; pully cables on motion and rockers; electric motors; lights systems
4. All charge backs and claims to Vendor will contain a detailed description and photos of the problem for each product.
This Limited Warranty will NOT cover the following:
1. Liquid marks or water rings of any kind
2. Household heat marks
3. Exposure to chemicals and or liquids
4. Nail polish remover damages
5. Alcohol marks or rings
6. Punctures, Rips or Burns
7. Pet Damages from chewing or other acts
8. Abuse or Misuse
9. Negligence to Clean or improper maintenance of the product as per recommended practice
10. Normal wear and tear
11. Scratches, Nicks and Dents
12. Glass, Stone, Marble breakage from improper handling
